Send a message

What to include

  • Your license email or purchase email.
  • Your macOS version and KeeperHawk version.
  • Whether the issue is installation, activation, folder access, scanning, AI review or keeper export.
  • A screenshot if an activation or permission message appears.

First things to check

  • Run the KeeperHawk installer.
  • Open KeeperHawk.
  • Grant access to the source folder, card or external drive when macOS asks.
  • Restart KeeperHawk if a newly connected drive or folder is not visible after installation.

License help

KeeperHawk uses online activation with offline access for normal travel and field work. If you move to a new Mac, deactivate the old activation first or contact support.
