What to include
- Your license email or purchase email.
- Your macOS version and KeeperHawk version.
- Whether the issue is installation, activation, folder access, scanning, AI review or keeper export.
- A screenshot if an activation or permission message appears.
First things to check
- Run the KeeperHawk installer.
- Open KeeperHawk.
- Grant access to the source folder, card or external drive when macOS asks.
- Restart KeeperHawk if a newly connected drive or folder is not visible after installation.
License help
KeeperHawk uses online activation with offline access for normal travel and field work. If you move to a new Mac, deactivate the old activation first or contact support.
